Steel Fiber Castable
The main materials of steel fiber castables are special grade bauxite clinker, high-quality bauxite clinker and fine corundum powder. In production, it is necessary to add ultra-fine powder and other composite materials as binders and additives for steel fiber castables, and then add stainless steel heat-resistant fibers. Due to the addition of steel fibers, the overall strength of the furnace wall is greatly improved after the material is poured.

Fused Cast AZS Block
AZS block is also called fused zirconia corundum brick which contains Al2O3-ZrO2-SiO2. The fused cast AZS block is made of pure alumina powder and zircon sand (consisting of 65% zirconia and 34% SiO2). After the alumina powder and zircon sand are melted in an electric furnace, they are cast into various molds and cooled down to become white solids. Since the content of zirconia is between 33% and 41%, the fused cast AZS blocks are divided into three types: AZS-33#, AZS-36# and AZS-41#.

Magnesia Brick
Magnesia bricks are alkali-resistant materials with good fire resistance and corrosion resistance, and strong resistance to alkali slag. The refractoriness of magnesia brick is above 2000℃. Magnesia bricks are widely used in inspection rooms of glass jars, lime kilns, non-ferrous metallurgical furnaces, open-air furnaces, iron stirrers and electric arc furnaces.
